L'io di_viso

STEFANO BABIC (Rome, 1948) began his career as a photographer by dedicating his creative energy to the world of cinema, photographing internationally renowned actresses and actors. He then moved to London, where, among other activities, he worked in advertising and for major record labels, creating portraits of musicians and bands. Once back in Italy, in Milan, he began his long association with fashion, creating the iconic timeless image that launched Moschino into the world in the 1980s and collaborating with other major brands, including Gianfranco Ferré, Dolce & Gabbana, and Capucci. Babic's photographs have been published in numerous industry magazines, including Vogue Italia, Uomo Vogue, Vogue Gioiello, Vogue Pelle, Vanity, Amica, Io Donna, and Style/Corriere della Sera. He still teaches "Portrait and Fashion" at the Brera Academy and the European Institute of Design in Milan.
