Product Price
The price listed for each product refers to a single item, is in Euro (EUR), and includes VAT and shipping costs.
A receipt will be included in your package and can also be downloaded by logging into your account.

Please note that once an order is confirmed, receipt details cannot be modified or reissued.

Shipping Times and Costs

  • Free shipping with TNT within Italy and FedEx for international orders. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Estimated delivery time for Italy: 2-3 working days. For PRE-ORDER items, delivery times may vary depending on production schedules. International shipping times depend on the destination country, but customers will be kept informed about the status of their order.
  • You will receive a tracking code once your package has been shipped.
  • Deliveries are made during business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
  • If delivery fails on the first attempt, the courier will make two additional attempts.
  • Orders must be placed with the same shipping country selected during browsing.

     

Track Your Shipment

Track your order using the code provided in your confirmation email. If you have an account, you can check your order status and tracking information in the “Order Status” section.

Please note: selecting a delivery date or time is not possible.

Returns
You may return any items purchased on the website within 7 days from delivery, free of charge.
Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and labels intact.

To initiate a return:

  1. Ensure items are in the same condition you received them, with labels and guarantee seals attached. Include all original packaging such as boxes and dust bags.
  2. Fill out the return form in the “Orders and Returns” section of your account or in the Customer Service area. You will receive a confirmation email with the return label. If you do not receive this, please contact Consumer Service.
  3. Pack the items securely, preferably in the original box.
  4. Arrange the package pickup with the courier.
  5. Track your return status anytime in the Customer Service section under “Order Status.”

Once we receive and verify your return, you will get a confirmation email and a refund will be issued. Refund times depend on your original payment method.

Saverio Palatella reserves the right to refuse returns that are not properly communicated, are late, or items returned in different condition from delivery.

If you choose not to use the Saverio Palatella return label, return shipping costs are your responsibility and will not be refunded. We recommend using a reliable courier and keeping proof of shipment.

Return Acceptance

After verifying your return meets all requirements, you will receive an acceptance confirmation email.

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Bank Transfer.
If paying by Bank Transfer, you will receive an email with Acquario S.r.l. bank details after ordering. Goods will be reserved pending payment receipt. Please send a copy of the bank transfer receipt to info@saveriopalatella.it within 48 hours or your order will be cancelled. Shipments are dispatched only after payment is confirmed and goods are in stock.

Payment Processing
Payments typically occur in two steps:

  • Authorization: verifying payment details and reserving funds.
  • Capture: transferring funds from buyer to our account.

 

Online Purchase
To browse our catalog, select a category from the navigation menu or click the “Search” icon and enter one or more keywords.
To view full details of an item, click on its image to open the product page, where you can see available sizes and colors, additional photos, and all relevant information.

You can choose from ONE OF A KIND pieces—unique items available only in the size and color specified on the product page—or place a PRE-ORDER for selected items by selecting the available size and color. In the case of pre-orders, estimated production lead times will be indicated.
Once you have made your selection, click “Add to Cart.”
To proceed with your purchase, click “Cart” at the top right corner, then select “Check Out.”

After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. If still not found, feel free to contact us.

Checkout
You can complete your purchase on saveriopalatella.it by either logging into your account or continuing as a guest. Your account allows you to access the site from any country. Please ensure you are browsing from the same country where you want your order shipped.

Creating an account on the Saverio Palatella website will allow you to easily access your order details and speed up future checkouts.

Cancelling or Modifying an Order

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately within a few minutes of placing it by phone at +39 02 89423959 or by email at shop@saveriopalatella.it.

Once your order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled or changed.

Order Not Accepted
If your order is not accepted by the system, please verify that all entered information is correct.
If all details are correct, please contact your credit card provider and, if needed, our Customer Service team for assistance.

Pre-Orders
A pre-order reserves an item made especially for you based on your selection on the product page.
Each pre-order item will specify the required production time. Please note that delivery dates may vary depending on the production process.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package is shipped. Payment is charged at the time of order.

Refunds
Once we have received your return and confirmed all refund requirements, you will receive a confirmation email.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days. The time for the refund to appear depends on your bank or credit card issuer.
